In September 2002, Cleanworks was founded by Kelly Broderick and Katie Eckford. With a vision to elevate the cleaning industry through quality and people-oriented services, they set out to make a difference in commercial cleaning across Australia.
Cleanworks opened its first office in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. This year also marked the hiring of our first employee, Kelly’s mum, who helped shape the company’s culture and values.
We secured our first school contract, a significant milestone that expanded our service offerings and set the stage for future growth.
Cleanworks was honored as the “Cleaning Company of the Year,” a testament to our commitment to excellence and transparency. This year also saw the introduction of the “Worth The Work” program, celebrating our dedicated team members.
Our first “Cleaner of the Year” was awarded, with the winner enjoying a well-deserved trip to Fiji. This tradition continues to highlight the hard work and dedication of our exceptional staff.
Cleanworks expanded into New South Wales, bringing our reliable and tailored cleaning solutions to a broader audience. Our services now span multiple locations, including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Newcastle, Sydney, Adelaide, and Melbourne.
Our journey of growth continued with our expansion into South Australia, reinforcing our position as a leading commercial cleaning company in Australia.
