When we meet with people throughout the business world, many ask us what makes Cleanworks Australia so special and different to other cleaning companies. Well, the answer is quite easy but simple… Its our culture and our people, it may be cliche but never has it been truer.
This amazing company has not been successful by accident, our growth and culture have been built by design. Cleanworks have industry best recruitment practices and we deliberately ensure our culture and values are foremost of everything we do.
Over the past year, our cleaners have shown tremendous GRIT and have worked with a positive attitude, even in times of uncertainty. To recognise this, every month we have extended our thanks with tokens or appreciation and have handed out over 96 Coles Meyers Gift Cards to our cleaners. We have also nominated a Quarterly Champion to those that shined the brightest who were also recognised with a $250 gift voucher.
And today, in connection with Thank Your Cleaner day we are very proud to announce the Cleanworks Cleaner of the Year. This was a difficult decision to make given the quality of the candidates we must choose from, however, there can be just one.
Cleanworks Australia Cleaner of the Year 2020 – William Choi
William commenced with Cleanworks in Jan 2019 as part of a new school contract at Bellbird Park State High School. From the moment we met William, I realised then that we were very lucky to have found such a great person for the team and was committed to making sure that the school was always looking its best.
William produces consistently excellent results and is a highly conscientious worker who strives for perfection every day. His managers have always found him to be a dedicated team player and are thought of highly by his colleagues and the client.
Congratulations William and massive Thank You to every cleaner who has made a challenging year such a success. William will enjoy a relaxing expense paid holiday with his partner.
