We pride ourselves on the quality of cleaners we engage. We only use skilled, experienced cleaners which match the specific requirements of your site. Prior to commencing with Cleanworks, all prospective cleaners must complete a thorough induction, undergo criminal history and referee checks, and are also tested on their English-language proficiency. Following this candidates will then undergo skills and assessment testing to ensure their practices align with Cleanworks’ quality and service standards. Once appointed, our cleaners undertake annual retraining exercises and are regularly audited on their performance across the sites they are assigned.
But it’s not all simply a matter of checks and balances. We genuinely value our people and regularly provide prize incentives for high performance (including paid international vacations).
Your dedicated account manager is on the case 24/7
When you deal with Cleanworks there is never ambiguity of who is there to provide help. While we certainly encourage our clients to get to know their regular cleaners, you will always have direct access to an assigned Cleanworks Client Relationship Manager who will oversee the quality of work, provide regular performance reports and support any additional needs which may arise.
We commit to providing our ongoing clients with access to their Account Manager whenever they are needed, irrespective of the time of day. If there’s an emergency at 2am, we’ll be there to take the call. Not a random call centre operator, but the same person who oversees your account day-to-day.
We audit the standard of cleaning conducted on your business monthly and capture this information in regularly supplied reports to ensure full transparency of our performance. We also periodically check-in with clients via phone, email and communication diaries to ensure everything is running to their satisfaction.
We continuously seek opportunities to improve the service we offer our clients. This includes not only improving the standard of cleaning performed, but also seeking opportunities to refine their schedule to reduce the cost of cleaning, identify necessary preventative maintenance work to avoid expensive repair and replacement costs, and explore ways we can help reduce the cost of peripheral expenses such as bathroom consumables.
